We serve East Texas area and surrounding areas, with travel available for events beyond our standard area. Travel fees apply for locations outside of our service area.

Can the booth be used outdoors?

Yes! Our booth can be used outdoors when weather conditions and the event location are suitable. Outdoor setups must have access to a safe, level area and appropriate protection from direct sun, rain, wind, and other weather conditions.

What happens if it rains?

Outdoor setups must have adequate weather protection, and we cannot operate the equipment in rain or unsafe weather conditions. If severe weather affects your event, we'll work with you to find the best solution based on your rental agreement and availability.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. We'll make sure you have plenty of notice so there are no surprises as your celebration approaches.
